Animals range from penguins (several different types) to stoats and musk oxen.2/5(1). The book covers 7 animals: polar bear, arctic fox, caribou, arctic hare, snowy owl, musk ox and arctic wolf.

The format is wonderful. The first page has a picture of Animals of the polar regions book animal along with a couple of sentences describing it and stating some facts.
